Proposed UK prices, plus VAT where applicable. One reservation is one party. No commission on your own-channel bookings. Card processing and optional messaging cost extra. Pre-registration is free and creates no subscription. Packages become available as launch testing is completed. Yearly prices include a 10% subscription discount; allowances still reset monthly and usage extras are not discounted. We will confirm final terms before activation.

More volume: £10 per extra 1,000 reservations a month on Booking. Optional assisted setup: £49 for up to one hour. No automatic booking overage charges.
Managed web voice is a £10 add-on to Booking. Or connect your own provider on any plan, including Free. Telephone and messaging are separate options for later.

You can try the restaurant setup and booking demos, then register interest in your preferred package. Demo bookings are test records. Public subscriptions are not open yet; we will confirm availability and terms before you activate a restaurant.
Yes, the launch plan is £0 with 100 online reservations a month, a booking page, an embeddable widget, and API/MCP access. Your integrations use that same allowance and are subject to request limits. Hosting an AI conversation with another provider may incur that provider’s own charges.
The planned policy is to warn you before the limit and offer an upgrade. At the limit, new online bookings show a contact-the- restaurant option. Existing bookings and manual staff entries remain available. We do not automatically charge per booking.
No. The 60 minutes cover browser conversations, including enquiries that do not result in a reservation. Extra browser minutes cost 20p only if you approve a spending limit. Telephone numbers, calls and messaging will be priced separately.
They are planned for the paid Booking package and will be enabled after payment testing is complete. Payment-provider charges are separate; no extra 11Tables percentage markup is proposed for the pilot. They are not included in the setup demo.
You can register interest in yearly billing with a proposed 10% subscription discount: £205.20 a year for Booking or £313.20 for Booking + Web Voice, plus VAT where applicable. Booking and voice allowances still reset monthly. We recommend trying the monthly pilot first. There is nothing to pay now, and we will confirm final annual terms before you choose a subscription.
